Principal Cash Management Fund Liquid Option introduces new plan

With effect from 6 April 2009

Principal Pnb Mutual Fund has introduced Online Subscription Plan under Principal Cash Management Fund - Liquid Option, with effect from 6 April 2009.

The new plan will have the same investment objective, portfolio, asset allocation pattern, load structure, benchmark, limits for annual recurring expenses, liquidity and other features of the scheme.

The other salient features of the new plan are as follows:

Name of the Plan: Principal Cash Management Fund " Liquid Option " Online Subscription Plan

Offer Price: Rs 10 per unit at par on 6 April 2009 and at applicable NAV prices thereafter

Minimum Application Amount: Rs 1000 per unit

Minimum Additional Investment Amount: Rs 1000 per unit

Minimum Repurchase Amount: Rs 1000 and any amount thereafter

Mode of Subscription Payment: Direct Credit
