With effect from 14 April 2009
Tse Koon Hanga Ada, tendered her resignation as a director of AIG Global Asset Management Company, with effect from 14 April 2009.
Consequent to the resignation original director Tse Koon Hanga Ada, Santhosh Senapati, alternate director to Tse Koon Hanga Ada has also ceased to be a director of AIG Global Asset Management Company.
