ICICI Prudential MF Announces Change In Maximum Investment Amount Under Two Schemes

With effect from 19 June 2015 

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced change in the maximum investment amount under the following schemes, with effect from 19 June 2015. 

Accordingly, the revised provisions under the schemes are stated below: 

ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund: 

Maxim Investment Amount per investor (based on Permanent Account Number of first holder) applicable at the time of investment: 

The Maximum Investment Amount per investor (based on Permanent Account Number of first holder) applicable at the time of investment: 

1.The maximum investment amount across all folios shall not exceed Rs 25 crore except to the extent detailed in point No.2 below. 

2. The AMC / Mutual Fund may accept amount greater than Rs 25 crore, subject to the below limits: 

The aggregate corpus of all the investors with more than Rs 25 crore does not exceed 20% of the corpus of the scheme (as on previous business day) and maximum investment amount per investor across all folios does not exceed 10% of the corpus of the scheme ( as on pervious business day) 

ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund:
 
Maximum investment amount (based on Permanent Account Number of first holder) applicable at the time of investment shall not exceed 10% of the corpus of the scheme at the close of the previous business day.
