JM Financial MF declares dividend for Quarterly Plan 4

Record date for dividend is 18 May 2009

JM Financial Mutual Fund has approved to declare dividend in dividend option of regular and institutional plan under JM Interval Fund-Quarterly Plan 4, a debt oriented interval fund. The record date is set on 18 May 2009 for this purpose.

The fund house has decided to distribute realized appreciation in the NAV of the plan/option till record date of 18 May 2009 as dividend.

JM Interval Fund-Quarterly Plan 4 -regular plan recorded NAV of Rs 10.1645 per unit and institutional plan recorded a NAV of Rs 10.1704 per unit as on 12 May 2009.

JM Interval Fund-Quarterly Plan 4 was launched in January 2008, with an investment objective to generate predictable returns over a predetermined period by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities normally maturing in line with the time profile of the respective plans.
