HDFC MF declares dividend for FMP 370D May 2008

Record date for dividend is 19 May 2009

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced 19 May 2009 as the record date for declaration of dividend under HDFC FMP 370D May 2008, a fixed maturity plan under HDFC Fixed Maturity Plans-Series VIII. The dividend will be declared under Retail Plan with Normal and Quarterly Dividend Option and Wholesale Plan with Normal and Quarterly Dividend Option.

The fund house has decided to distribute 100% of distributable surplus as dividend on the record date on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.

The Retail Plan-Normal Dividend Option posted NAV of Rs 10.8707 per unit and Rs 10.3507 per unit under Retail Plan-Quarterly Dividend Option as on 12 May 2009.

The Wholesale Plan -Normal Dividend Option recorded NAV of Rs 10.9053 per unit and under Wholesale Plan-Quarterly Dividend Option posted NAV of Rs 10.3551 per unit as on 12 May 2009.

HDFC FMP 370D May 2008 is a close ended income scheme with an investment objective to generate regular income through investment in debt/ money market instruments and government securities.
