Birla Sun Life MF Announces Rollover Under Its Schemes

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has decided to rollover the following schemes (extend the maturity) in accordance with regulation 33(4) of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations: 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LG (367 days) by 786 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 29 June 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LG (1157 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LI (366 days) by 807 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 20 July 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LI (1173 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series FE by 11 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 18 May 2015 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LJ (366 days) by 784 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 29 June 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LJ (1150 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JK (502 days) by 597 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 28 December 2016 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JK (1099 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JP (490 days) by 685 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 27 March 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JP (1175 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LK (369 days) by 779 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 29 June 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series LK (1148 days). 

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JR (490 days) by 672 days. Pursuant to roll over, the Scheme shall mature on 27 March 2017 or the immediately following Business Day, if such day is not a Business Day. Pursuant to roll over, the name of the scheme will be Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series JR (1162 days).
