Principal PNB Propose to merge PJCF with PEBF

Sebi has conveyed its no objection to the merger

Principle PNB has approved the merger of the relevant option/sub option of Principal Junior Cap Fund (PJCF) with like option/sub option under Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund (PEBF).

The investors who do not agree to the proposed merger can exercise the exit option without any exit load. The option to exit without payment of load can be exercised from 16 July 2009 to 14 August 2009 upto 3 p.m. and whereafter the continuing unitholder of PJCF shall be allotted units of PEBF at nil load, basis NAV as at 14 August 2009.
