JM Financial MF Announces Change in Key Personnel and Fund manager

With effect from 1 July 2009

JM Financial Mutual Fund has announced the changes in key personnel and the fund managers, with effect from 1 July 2009.

Change in Key Personnel

Bhanu Katoch has been designated as the Chief Executive Officer of JM AMC effective from 1 July 2009.

Nityanath Ghanekar has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of JM AMC, with effect from 30 June 2009. Ghanekar will continue to be a director of the board of the AMC.

Change of Fund Manager

Sanjay Chabbaria will be the fund manager for JM Mid Cap Fund.

JM G-Sec Fund, JM Income Fund and JM Short Term Fund will be jointly managed by Girish Hisaria and Shalini Tibrewala.
