Religare MF declares dividend for 375 days FMP

Record date for dividend is 7 June 2009

Religare Mutual Fund has approved 7 June 2009 as record date for declaration of dividend under regular plan of Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-375 Days-Series IX, a close ended debt fund.

For both FMPs, the quantum of dividend will be 100% of distributable surplus on face value of Rs 10.00 per unit. The NAV of Religare FMP-375 Days-Series IX was recorded at Rs 10.6726 per unit as on 29 May 2009.

The investment objective of the schemes is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments normally maturing in line with the duration of the schemes.
