Birla Sun Life MF declares dividend in FTP-Series BC

Record date for dividend is 23 June 2009

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under dividend option of Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan-Series BC, a close ended income scheme. The record date for distribution of dividend is set as 23 June 2009.

The amount of dividend will be 2.00% i.e. Rs 0.20 per unit as on the record date on face value of Rs 10 per unit. The dividend will be announced for retail and institutional plan.

Retail plan recorded NAV of Rs 10.4824 per unit and institutional plan posted NAV of Rs 10.5049 per unit as on 17 June 2009

Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan-Series BC seeks to generate current income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing normally in line with the duration of the scheme.
