Franklin Templeton MF declares dividend

Record date for dividend is 26 June 2009

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced 26 June 2009 as the record date for dividend distribution under Templeton India Income Fund – dividend plan, Templeton India Income Builder Account Plan A & Plan B under quarterly dividend option, Templeton Floating Rate Income Fund – Long Term Plan – Retail – Dividend Option, Templeton Monthly Income Plan – Quarterly Dividend Plan and Franklin Templeton Monthly Income Plan – Plan A & Plan B – Quarterly Dividend Plan on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.

Dividend:

Templeton India Income Fund:

Individual & HUF: Rs 0.192 per unit, Others: Rs 0.179 per unit

Templeton India Income Builder Account-Plan A & Plan B:

Quarterly dividend option:

Individual & HUF: Rs 0.350 per unit, Others: Rs 0.326 per unit

Templeton Floating Rate Income Fund – Long Term Plan – Retail:

Individual & HUF: Rs 0.148 per unit, Others: Rs 0.138 per unit

Templeton Monthly Income Plan:

Quarterly dividend plan:

Individual & HUF: Rs 0.245 per unit, Others: Rs 0.228 per unit

Franklin Templeton Monthly Income Plan – Plan A & Plan B:

Quarterly dividend plan:

Individual & HUF: Rs 0.113 per unit, Others: Rs 0.106 per unit
