Outflow worth Rs 588 crore on 2 June 2009
Mutual funds (MFs) sold shares worth a net Rs 588 crore on Tuesday, 2 June 2009, higher than Rs 292.90 crore on Monday, 1 June 2009.
MFs' net outflow of Rs 588 crore on 2 June 2009 was a result of gross purchases Rs 823.80 crore and gross sales Rs 1,411.80 crore. The BSE Sensex had risen 34.28 points, or 0.23%, to 14,874.91 on that day.
