IDFC Imperial Equity Fund declares dividend

Record date for dividend is 8 June 2009

IDFC Mutual Fund has approved 8 June 2009 as record date for dividend declaration under dividend option of IDFC Imperial Equity Fund-Plan A.

The scheme will offer dividend of Rs 1.20 per unit as on record date. The NAV of the scheme was recorded at Rs 13.8837 per unit as on 1 June 2009.

The investment objective of the scheme is to seek to generate capital appreciation and/or provide income distribution from a portfolio of predominantly equity and equity related instruments.
