Plans to launch ICICI Prudential Medium Term Plan
Name of Fund: ICICI Prudential Medium Term Plan
Scheme: It is an open-ended income scheme.
Face Value: Rs 10
Investment objective: To generate regular income through investments in debt and money market instruments with a view to provide regular dividend payments and a secondary objective of growth of capital.
Investment option: ICICI Prudential Medium Term Plan will have three options available i.e. a) Regular Option b) Premium Option and c) Premium Plus Option. All three options will have growth and dividend sub-options with dividend reinvestment and dividend payout facilities. It is endeavor of the fund to declare dividend on monthly, quarterly and half yearly frequency. Dividend declared under all options will have both the facilities available (i.e. dividend reinvestment and dividend payout).
Asset Allocation: The scheme will invest 0-40% in money market securities and 60-100% in debt market securities including securitized debt of upto 50% of the portfolio.
Entry Load: Nil under all options.
Exit Load: Regular Option:
a) If the amount sought to be redeemed before 180 days from the date of allotment : 0.50% of the applicable NAV;
b) If the amount sought to be redeemed after 180 days from the date of allotment: Nil
Premium Option:
a) If the amount sought to be redeemed before 90 days from the date of allotment : 0.50% of the applicable NAV;
b) If the amount sought to be redeemed after 90 days from the date of allotment: Nil
Premium Plus Option: Nil.
Minimum investment amount: The minimum investment amount under regular plan is Rs 15000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter, under premium option is Rs 5,000,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter and under premium plus option is Rs 5,00,00,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
Minimum Target amount: During the New Fund Offer period of the plans under the scheme, each plan seeks to raise a minimum subscription of Rs. 1 lakh.
Benchmark Index: Crisil Composite Bond Fund Index.
