Plans to launch Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund Series XIII
Name of Fund: Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund Series XIII
Scheme: A close-ended income scheme.
Investment Objective: The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities with a maturity profile generally in line with the fund's duration.
Plans available under the scheme: The fund will be having two plans: Plan A and B. The tenure of the plans would be between 12 months and 15 months from the date of allotment as may be specified at the time of launch of the respective plan.
Investment Options: Two options will be available under each plan of i.e. growth and dividend option. The dividend option will offer only dividend payout facility.
Asset Allocation: The fund will invest upto 100% in debt securities and money market instruments with low to medium risk profile. Investment in securitized debt shall be up to 100% .
The scheme may invest in government securities, or securities which are supported by the central or a state government, up to the extent of its debt/money market allocation.
NFO price: Rs 10 per unit
Entry Load: Entry load will be charged up to 3%
Exit Load: Nil.
Minimum Investment Amount: The minimum investment is Rs 5000 or any amount in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
Minimum Target amount: The Fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription amount of Rs.1 crore under each plan.
Benchmark Index: Crisil Short Term Bond Fund Index
Fund Managers: Vivek Ahuja and Pallab Roy will manage the fund.
