HDFC Prudence Fund offers dividend

Record date for dividend is 19 March 2009

HDFC Mutual Fund has approved 19 March 2009 as record date for distribution of dividend under the dividend plan of HDFC Prudence Fund.

The fund house has decided to distribute Rs 2.50 per unit i.e. 25% as dividend on the face value of Rs 10 per unit as dividend. The scheme recorded a NAV of Rs 16.517 per unit as on 12 March 2009.

HDFC Prudence Fund is an open ended balanced scheme with the investment objective to provide periodic returns and capital appreciation over a long period of time from a judicious mix of equity and debt investment with aim to prevent/minimise any capital erosion.
