Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund Announces Change In Directorship

With effect from 12 September 2014

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced with effect from 12 September 2014, following changes have been carried out in the constitution of Board of Directors of Franklin Templeton India Asset Management Company (FTAMIL): 

Accordingly, J. Mark Mobius and Vivek Kudva are stepped down from the directorship of FTAMIL. J. Mark Mobius will continue to direct the analysts based in Templeton's emerging markets offices and manage the emerging markets portfolios. Consequent to his resignation, Jed Plafker (Alternate Director to Mobius) shall also cease to be Director. 

Further, Harshendu Bindal, President and S. Jayaram, International Controller has been appointed as the Directors of FTAMIL.
