SBI Mutual Fund has unveiled a new fund named as SBI Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund, an open ended dynamic asset allocation fund. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 10 March and close on 24 March 2015.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of a mix of equity and equity related securities and fixed income instruments. The allocation between fixed income and equity instruments will be managed dynamically so as to provide investors with long term capital appreciation.
The scheme offers regular plan and direct plan.
The scheme shall invest upto 100% in equity and equity related instruments including foreign securities with high risk profile and up to 100% in debt and money market instruments with low to medium risk profile.
The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter.
The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription (minimum target) amount of Rs 10 crore under the scheme during the NFO period.

For exit within 1 year from the date of allotment – 2.00%
For exit after 1 year but within 2 years from the date of allotment – 1.00%
For exit after 2 years from the date of allotment – Nil
Benchmark Index for the scheme is 50% Crisil 1 year CD Index + 50% BSE S&P Sensex.
The fund managers of the schemes are Dinesh Balachandran and Nidhi Chawla.
