HDFC MF Declares Dividend for Monthly Income Plan

Record date for dividend is 25 September 2009

HDFC Mutual Fund has declared dividend on the face value of Rs. 10 per unit under quarterly dividend option of HDFC MF Monthly Income Plan. The record date for the dividend is set as 25 September 2009.

The quantum of the dividend is as follows:

Long Term Plan: 1.80% (Re. 0.18 per unit) for Individual & HUF and 1.675% (Re.0.1675 per unit) for Others, NAV: 12.7918 per unit.

Short Term Plan: 1.50% (Re. 0.15 per unit) for Individual & HUF and 1.396% (Re.0.1396 per unit) for Others, NAV: 11.4543 per unit.

NAV of the above plans is as on 18 September 2009.

HDFC MF Monthly Income Plan is an open-ended income scheme, with the investment objective to generate regular returns through investment primarily in debt and money market instruments. The secondary objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing a portion of the scheme's assets in equity and equity related instruments.
