Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund announces change in Key Personnel and Fund Management Responsibilities

With effect from 15 July 2015 

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has said that Naysar Shah – Fund Manager, ceases to be in the services of Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company (BSLAMC) and cease to be the Key Personnel of BSLAMC with effect from 15 July 2015. Accordingly, the Fund Management responsibilities of certain schemes of Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, have been reassigned as follows with effect from 16 July 2015: 

Birla Sun Life Infrastructure Fund- Mahesh Patil 

Birla Sun Life Dividend Yield Plus- Satyabrata Mohanty & Vineet Maloo 

Birla Sun Life India Reforms Fund- Satyabrata Mohanty 

Birla Sun Life India Opportunities Fund- Kunal Sangoi 

All other features and terms and conditions of the Scheme(s) shall remain unchanged.
