Religare MF declares dividend

Record date for dividend is 16 February 2009

Religare Mutual Fund has declared dividend under dividend options of Religare Quarterly Interval Fund-Plan H, a debt oriented interval scheme. The dividend will be declared under regular and institutional plans of the scheme as on record date of 16 February 2009.

The fund house has decided to offer Re 0.17904674 per unit under regular plan and Re 0.18997705 per units for institutional plan as dividend for face value per unit of Rs 10. This amount was available for distribution on 6 February 2009. However, the actual distributable surplus available on the record date will be distributed.

The NAV of the scheme under regular plan was at Rs 10.1790 per unit and Rs 10.1900 per unit for institutional plan as on 06 February 2009.
