Tata MF declares dividend

Record date for dividend is 16 February 2009

Tata Mutual Fund has declared dividend under dividend option of regular and institutional investments of Tata Fixed Investment Plan Series 3 Scheme B for periodic dividend. The record date for dividend is set as 16 February 2009.

Upto 100% of the distributable surplus available on the record date will be distributed as dividend for the face value Rs 10 per unit. The dividend distribution is subject to availability and adequacy of distributable surplus on the record date.

The NAV for regular and institutional investments under periodic dividend of the scheme was at Rs 10.2671 and Rs 10.2671 per unit respectively as on 09 February 2009.

Tata Fixed Investment Plan Series 3 Scheme B is a close ended debt scheme with an investment objective to generate income and / or capital appreciation by investing in wide range of Debt & Money market instruments.
