JM Liquid Plus Fund renames as JM Floater Fund – Long Term Plan

With effect from 11 February 2009

JM Mutual Fund has decided to change in the nomenclature of JM Liquid Plus Fund to JM Floater Fund – Long Term Plan with the effect from 11 February 2009. All the other features of the scheme remains unchanged.

JM Liquid Plus Fund is an open-ended income scheme with an investment objective to provide regular income and capital appreciation through investment in floating rate debt instruments, fixed rate debt instruments swapped for floating rate returns and also fixed rate instruments and money market instruments.

This change in nomenclature is in accordance with the Sebi Circular No. 13/150975/09 dated 19 January 2009.
