Kotak Mutual Fund has decided to change features under Kotak Floater Long Term Scheme and Kotak Bond Short Term Plan. Such change will be effective from 30 January 2015 as stated below:
Revised features of Kotak Floater Long Term Scheme:
Name of the scheme: Kotak Treasury Advantage Fund.
Investment objective: The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns through investments in debt and money market instruments with a view to reduce the interest rate risk.
Asset allocation:
The scheme would allocate 65%-100% of asset in floating rate debt securities & / or money market instruments and other debt securities with low risk profile and allocate upto 35% of asset in fixed rate debt securities with medium risk profile.
Revised features of Kotak Bond Short Term Plan:
Asset allocation:
The scheme would allocate 80%-100% of asset in debt and money market instruments with residual maturity upto 36 months with low risk profile and invest upto 20% of assets in debt instruments with residual maturity between 36 months to 60 months and Gsecs with low to medium risk profile.
