Reliance Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund VII (Plan A - Plan F), a close-ended hybrid scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. The scheme has 6 plans with duration/tenor up to 61 months from the date of allotment.
Investment objective: The scheme seeks to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities that are maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme along with capital appreciation through equity exposure.
Plans/ option(s): Growth and dividend payout options and direct plan- Growth and dividend payout options.

Minimum Application Amount: Rs.5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
Minimum Target Amount: Rs 20 crore for each plan
Asset Allocation:
Plans with duration 12 months upto 18 months: The scheme shall invest 90-95% in debt securities & money market instruments and 5-10% in equities & equity related instruments (including options premium).
Plans with duration above 18 months & upto 37 months: 65-95% in debt securities, upto 30% in money market instruments and 5-20% in equities & equity related instruments (including options premium).
Plans with duration above 37 Months and upto 61 months: 70-95% in debt securities, upto 25% in money market instruments and 5-30% in equities & equity related instruments (including options premium).
