ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan – Series 76, a close-ended debt scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. The scheme will have Plans A to Z with duration of 3 months and upto 120 months.
Investment objective: The investment objective of the plans under the scheme is to seek to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities/debt instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the plans under the scheme.
Plans/ option(s): Cumulative and dividend (payout) sub-options under both regular option and direct option.

For plans with duration from 3 months and upto 36 months: CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index
For plans with duration of more than 36 months and upto 120 months: CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index

Minimum Application Amount: Rs.5,000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
Minimum Target Amount: Rs 20 crore
Asset Allocation:
For Plans with duration from 3 months and upto 13 months: The scheme shall invest 60-100% in money market instruments and up to 40% in debt instruments including government securities.
For Plans with duration of more than 13 months and upto 36 months: The scheme shall invest up to 30% in money market instruments and 70-100% in debt instruments including government securities.
For Plans with duration of more than 36 months and upto 120 months: The scheme shall invest up to 20% in money market instruments and 80-100% in debt instruments including government securities.
