Pramerica Mutual Fund Announces Change In Fund Management Responsibilities

With effect from 04 July 2014 

Pramerica Mutual Fund has announced that with effect from 04 July 2014, Mahendra Jajoo has resigned from the services of Pramerica AMC and shall cease to be the fund manager of Pramerica Liquid Fund, Pramerica Ultra Short Term Bond Fund, Pramerica Short Term Income Fund, Pramerica Treasury Advantage Fund, Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund, Pramerica Dynamic Bond Fund, Pramerica Short Term Floating Rate Fund, Pramerica Income Fund, Pramerica Fixed Duration Fund – Series 6, 7 & 14 and debt portion of Pramerica Dynamic Monthly Income Fund, Pramerica Large Cap Equity Fund, Pramerica Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund & Pramerica Midcap Opportunities Fund. 

Further, Ritesh Jain, Executive Director & Head – Fixed Income is designated as the fund manager of the above schemes, with effect from 04 July 2014. He is aged 40 years and holds B.Com, PGDBA as his educational qualification.
