Channel Nine Entertainment announced that 14 August 2014 is fixed as
Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement to the Rights
Offer of 77,63,200 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par to be
issued in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 2 (Two) Equity
Share held by members on the Record date.
