SBI One India Fund to be converted into Open Ended Scheme

With effect from 15 January 2010 

SBI Mutual Fund has announced the conversion of SBI One India Fund, a 3 years close ended Growth Scheme into open ended scheme. The scheme with a maturity period of 3 years with automatic conversion into open ended scheme upon maturity shall be converted into an open ended Growth Scheme, with effect from 15 January 2010. The Scheme will be available for continuous sale and repurchase on every business day on applicable NAV on ongoing basis.

SBI One India Fund has the investment objective to provide investors with opportunities for long term growth in capital through an active management of investments in a diversified basket of equity stocks focusing on all four regions of India and in debt and money market instruments.
