Sales worth Rs 394.20 crore on 13 January 2010
Mutual funds (MFs) sold shares worth a net Rs 394.20 crore on
Wednesday, 13 January 2010, higher than Rs 263 crore on Tuesday, 12
January 2010.
The net outflow of Rs 394.20 crore on 13 January 2010 was a
result of gross purchases Rs 581.20 crore and gross sales Rs 975.40
crore. The BSE Sensex rose 87.29 points or 0.50% at 17,509.80 on that
day.
MFs sold shares worth net Rs 1906.80 crore in January 2010
(till 13 January 2010). MFs sold shares worth net Rs 1761.90 crore in
December 2009.
