Purchase shares worth Rs 300.10 crore on 12 May 2009
Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 300.10 crore on Tuesday, 12 May 2009, as compared to sales of Rs 340.50 crore on Monday, 11 May 2009.
MFs' net inflow of Rs 300.10 crore on 12 May 2009 was a result of gross purchases Rs 720 crore and gross sales of Rs 419.90 crore. The BSE 30-share Sensex jumped 475.04 points or 4.07% to 12,158.03, on that day
MFs are net buyer of shares worth Rs 368.20 crore in May 2009 (till 12 May 2009).
