He was working with the AMC for over 8 years. He previously worked in the treasury of HSBC for 4 years and Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank for 3 years. In his last assignment, he was a part of the bank's treasury team, managing balance sheet portfolios like SLR, daily funding as well as the foreign currency loan /deposit book. It was in this job that he was exposed to the cutting edge techniques of interest rate and liquidity risk management.
